1. Eligibility for Return

A return or replacement request may be accepted in cases such as:

• Damaged book received
• Defective printing or binding
• Wrong book received
• Missing item from the order

Returns are subject to verification.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted when:

• The customer ordered the wrong book voluntarily
• The book has been used, marked, written on, torn, or damaged after delivery
• The book is returned without its original condition
• The return request is made after the specified return period
• Damage occurred due to improper handling by the customer

3. Return Request Period

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Requests received after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

4. Proof Required

For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we may request:

• Order number
• Photographs of the product
• Photographs of the packaging
• Shipping label
• Description of the issue

This information helps us verify the request.

5. Replacement

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement for the damaged, defective, or incorrect book.

Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, an applicable refund may be offered.

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method or through another appropriate method, depending on the transaction.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.

8. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded according to the applicable payment and refund process.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where the issue is attributable to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by us.
